T.E.N. ensures quality results for its programs with extensive planning and research. Eight to ten weeks prior to an event, T.E.N. begins its extensive outreach program to acquire the appropriate venue, premier guest list, relevant and current thought-leadership topics, and prominent Guest Host Moderators. Transparent to the sponsor, T.E.N. devotes extensive hours to research, outreach, profiling, and scheduling to secure a program that suits the needs of both the sponsor and its guests.
From the first week of preparation to the week prior to the event, the sponsor approves all final decisions on invitations, guest lists, and acceptances and receives weekly status and RSVP management reports, as well as personal conference calls to confirm scheduled attendees. Outreach does not end on the day of the meeting. Guests are distributed a post-event survey and the aggregated survey results are then sent to the sponsor. On behalf of the sponsor, personalized e-mail thank-you notes are mailed to the attendees.
