Luminary luncheons
Held at an exclusive venue and hosted by an IT or Information Security Executive and/or ISE Alumni, T.E.N. provides a solution provider with a T.E.N.'s Luminary Leadership Luncheon program format that offers direct access to IT and Information Security decision makers. T.E.N.’s Luminary Leadership Luncheons will often coincide with a major conference or industry event. This allows for more intimate access to top prospects and key customers as well as a way for the sponsor to maximize their large scale conference investment.

T.E.N.'s Luminary Luncheon Program Management Services
- Personalized e-mail invitations with your corporate logo mailed to your customized guest list of executive decision makers on your behalf. The list will be comprised of T.E.N.’s and Sponsor databases for maximum outreach.
- Recommendation and securing and coordination with ISE Alumni Host (s), Luminary Luncheon Guest Speaker and/or Executive Panelists
- Follow-up of guest list and RSVP tracking and reporting to ensure maximum attendance.
- Development and management of dedicated landing page with links and promotions from event calendars on www.techexecnetworks.com and www.iseprograms.com websites
- Dedicated 24 x 7 online registration center with social media integration
- Thirty minute weekly team status call to stay connected on progress and alignment with program objectives
- Ability to provide remarks to introduce your company from one of your executive representatives.
- Target attendance is 15-20 executive guests who are IT and Security decision makers in the manager level and above
- Follow-up of guest list and RSVP tracking and reporting to ensure maximum attendance and alignment with strategic account list
- Profile Backgrounders on each executive attendee provided in advance to sponsor for maximum preparation and networking opportunities
- Coordination of all logistics for the event, including scalable event production, event location, onsite event program management as well as venue management
- Attendance by Sponsor company representatives
- Name badges, table seating cards and single banner event sign at event. (Additional fees will apply if extra signage is requested).
- Program brochure at event for each attendee with Sponsor corporate logo and information on the company.
- Ability to provide Sponsor collateral and executive gift (to be provided by Sponsor).
- Personalized e-mail thank you notes with corporate logo mailed to the attendee list and an email "sorry you couldn't attend" email to registrants who did not attend on your behalf
- Post-Program contact list provided via Microsoft Excel for easy import into your CRM system
